此機台針對TO製程研發之自動拔件作業,此機台可將Burn-In完成

的BI板依盤測結果進行分BIN,直接放置於出貨TRAY盤,機台可連線

到資料庫讀取分BIN資料,從此不需擔心分錯BIN等問題.

This machine is designed for the automatic drawing operation of the TO process. This machine can divide the BI board completed by Burn-In according to the results of the disk test, and place it directly on the shipping TRAY disk. The machine can be connected to the database for reading Take BIN data, no need to worry about the wrong BIN and other issues.
