泓傑科技針對LED材料所開發的全自動高效能型白光點膠機；軌道寬度可依客戶材料調整(Max70mm)，有效節省改機成本，搭配真空清除殘膠功能，增加點膠穩定性。
Designed to work with LED materials, this fully automatic, high efficiency Auto Dotting Machine developed by HONJER Technology co., The track width can be resized (Max70mm) and changes machine the cost economical effectively. It is fitted with a vacuum suction function to ensure a stable dotting process. Increases the dot rubber stability.
二、產品特性 Product Features
■ 本產品可搭配2組螺桿式出膠系統(可依客戶支架設計增加針頭數量)。
Can work with 2 sets of AX08 Auto Dotting systems (the number of needle tips can be added according to client’s support design).
■ 每組針頭皆可進行XYZ方向微調,搭配CCD定位可確保點膠相對位置正確。
Each needle tip set can be fine tuned in all x, y, and z directions. Correct relative dotting position is guaranteed if CCD positioning is added.
■ 搭配真空吸膠功能,避免擦膠造成污染問題。
Built-in glue suction function to prevent pollution from the glue.
■ 皮帶式帶料結構設計,軌道寬度可調整,大幅提高共用性。
Belt with material structure design, the track width can be resized, the sharing increasing significantly.
■ 日製高精度螺桿&滑軌,並搭配伺服馬達控制,精準度高。
Japanese-made high-precision lead screws and rails that work with server-controlled motors.
■ 軌道預熱功能,可控制點膠溫度。
Rail pre-heat function to help control dotting temperature.
