泓傑科技針對SMD材料所開發的全自動高速型點膠機;本機台功能是自動彈匣對彈匣Loading&UNLoading 將SMD材料載入進行點膠動作,達到全自動點膠功能,並搭配真空吸膠機制,使點膠穩定性更高。

二、產品特性 Product Features
■ 本產品最高可搭配8支5c.c.針筒同時進行點膠,大幅提升點膠速度。(依材料不同可做變更)
Eight 5c.c. needle tips can be used concurrently to increase dotting speed. (Different may make the change according to the material)
■ 每支針頭均由針頭固定板固定,定位公差±02mm,避免側溢膠情形發生。
Each needle tip is secured with a fastening plate and with 0.02mm position tolerance to prevent any spillage.
■ 每次吐膠後均有吸除針頭周圍殘膠動作,避免殘膠影響下次吐膠量,且完全不影響點膠速度。
Residual epoxy around needle tips is removed after each dotting without affecting the dotting speed.
■ 吸膠盒功能,避免擦膠造成污染問題。
Built-in epoxy suction function to prevent pollution from the epoxy.
■ 快速更換膠筒,不需重覆校正位置。
