此機台用於鋁基板整板測試,可當前測機與點膠機搭配使用,也可作為一般測試機用,最大可使用50cm積分球,也可搭配一般光學頭進行測試。
針對鋁基板產品的多樣化,此機台可同時固定兩組不同治具,只需程式切換即可立即使用,每組治具皆有SAMPLE置放區,方便人員校正。
Product Description
This machine is used for aluminum plate whole Board test, use with first measuring machine and dispensing machine together, can also be used as a generic test, maximum 50cm integrating sphere can be used, also match the General optical head for testing.
For aluminum plate product diversification, this machine also fixed two different sets of tools, switching programs can directly use, each fixture has SAMPLE placement area, personnel correction easy to use.
