系統,使用AF高速對焦系統辨識晶片外觀瑕疵位
置 & 晶片ID,可依照晶片ID讀取MAPPING檔案
進行分類,或純粹吸取晶片進行排序轉換。
This machine is a Chip appearance inspection machine with AOI automatic tracking system,using the AF high-speed focusing system to identify the appearance of the chip defectsPlacement & chip ID can be sorted by reading MAPPING files according to chip ID, or just pick up chips for sorting conversion.
