ㄧ、機台說明 Machine Description

此機台適用TO-46產品,可CCD自動辨識腳位方向, 材料有無定位皆可生產,4PIN & 5PIN皆可使用,TRAY盤入料,透過P&P結構將材料移載整腳站,經過特殊整腳動作將腳位張開,再將材料移載到出料的TRAY盤,2組測試站。

This machine is used for TO-46 products. It can automatically recognize the direction of the foot position by CCD. The material can be produced with or without positioning. Both 4PIN and 5PIN can be used. The material is fed by the TRAY plate. The material is transferred to the whole foot station through the P&P structure. The whole foot movement opens the foot position, and then transfers the material to the discharging TRAY tray, 2 sets of test stations
